We are looking for a new occupant for our lovely flat in Greenwich, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station and town centre.
The flat is part of a small block and conveniently located for shopping, cinema, pubs and restaurants, and a variety of transport links including National Rail, DLR and buses. It is ideal if you work in the City or Canary Wharf and would like to come home to a peaceful environment in historical Greenwich.
You'll be joining Michelle, a young professional who works in planning and is usually in the office 3 days per week and works from home on other days. As you can see there is plenty of space in the flat including a large dining table to work from, or even space for a desk. Michelle is an easygoing and chatty flatmate so this is an ideal space for someone who wants to come home and relax, share some food, and would like a friend as well as someone to live with.
The bathroom has recently been refurbished. The flat is part furnished so the only immediate need for the new occupant would be a bed.
The current flatmate (Olivia) is moving out due to a flat purchase, so move in dates are flexible if you wanted to move in a little earlier. The contract you'd be taking over from 5 February 2025 - it runs until 4 May 2025, but is then set to be renewed for another year. This has been done seamlessly for the past few years, with relatively low if any rent increases.
We are looking to have viewings on 11-12 Jan and 22-26 Jan.
Bills are not included but come in at just under £150 per person per month. The property is in council tax band A.
