Your future room is spacious and bright – a perfect space to unwind after a busy day. The flat came unfurnished, however the previous flatmate is willing to leave behind her bed for £100 (double bed with storage and mattress)

👩‍🤝‍👩 Your Future Flatmates:
• Stephanie (me): A 32-year-old master’s student who loves cooking, movies, and the occasional glass of wine.
• Bethany: A 32-year-old working professional and part-time master’s student who’s equally fun and easygoing.
We’re both friendly, respectful, and big on keeping the flat clean and cozy.

💡 Who We’re Looking For:
A CLEAN (yes, we’re serious about this!) female, aged 25-36, who’s either a student or professional. If you’re organized, friendly, and enjoy sharing a positive, calm home, you’re our ideal flatmate! Must pass reference checks through the agency.

📍 The Location:
• Fantastic Greenwich right next to the Thames River with easy access to public transport (10-15 min walk from Cutty Sark station, 10 min walk from Maze Hill) and local gems like Greenwich Market, Trafalgar Tavern, and Greenwich Park.

💷 Details:
• Rent: £920/month
• Bills: [not included] will need to be 1/3 of wifi, water, electric, and heating. Unless you're a student you'll be paying 1/2 of the council tax with Bethany :)
• Move-in date: January 20th 2025
