Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a gorgeous Greenwich flat with 2 lovely housemates.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
It's bright and modern, with a balcony, open-plan living room and spacious kitchen. There are wood floors without and fresh carpets in the bedrooms; there's also a large tiled bathroom that you'll only be sharing with 1 other person. The flat also benefits from a very secure location with a central plaza that's lovely for relaxing in the summer, local café, and concierge in the adjacent lobby - you can be sure all your parcels will be safely collected while you're out!
The room itself is generously sized and gets plenty of light, especially in the afternoon and evening. It's big enough to fit a double bed, bedside table, large desk and double wardrobe. The double bed frame is included with the flat, but I'd be happy to sell on/leave behind my furniture to the future tenant.
The location is brilliant, only 10 minutes walk from Greenwich (with access to London Bridge or the DLR) and just down the hill from Greenwich Park, perfect for runners and nature lovers. Lewisham is also 10 minutes away, with its central transport links, shopping centre and other amenities.
The rent is £740.25 plus bills, which is extremely reasonable for such a lovely part of London. The current lease ends in March 2026, but there's the possibility of extending this in the long term.

You'd be living with Ella and Michael, both in their 30s. Ella works in marketing and Michael works for the Civil Service. We're looking for a friendly housemate of a similar age (late 20s-late 30s) who is clean and tidy. Single and non-smokers only, and preferably someone employed in full-time work!

Viewings to take place on Saturday 11th January (or potentially later, to be discussed). The room is available from the 31st January onwards.
