You’ll be sharing the flat with Gaby and Andres, a friendly professional couple who adore their two cats, Mittens and Kitty. The cats are very well behaved and sociable, so if you’re a fellow animal lover, you’ll feel right at home. Shared spaces include a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen.
Location & Amenities:
• Dishwasher
• Washer - Dryer
• Located in a secure development with a 24/7 concierge
• On-site Waitrose and Costa Coffee
• Two great pubs on the riverfront
• Underground parking spaces are usually available to rent from neighbours within the development

Things to Keep in Mind:
As per the letting agency, the new tenant must:
1. Have the legal right to rent in the UK (UK passport or valid share code)
2. Be willing to undergo standard reference and financial checks by the agency
3. Total Monthly cost including bills is around £1200
