Cutty Sark/ Greenwich Town Centre Double Room

SHORT TERM LET: A double room available in my cosy 2-bed flat in Cutty Sark, Greenwich, sharing with one 25 female. Available between 29th June - 30th July (with some flexibility)

About you:
Female, non-smokers only please. Would suit someone looking for a homely room in London who values living in a clean and tidy space. Ideal if you work similar 9-5 hours to me and don’t always come back late. I’m friendly and sociable, around in the evenings so it would be a bonus if you sometimes like a chilled Netflix night!
The flat: A 2-bed flat with separate bath and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. There is a spacious living room which looks out to the Cutty Sark with dining table, desk and TV. The kitchen is decked out with airfryer, blender, coffee machine etc.
The area: The flat is in the Cutty Sark area of Greenwich town centre.
- 1 min walk from Cutty Sark DLR (to Bank, Canary Wharf, Jubilee line)
- 8 min walk from Greenwich station (to London Bridge)
- Lots of buses into central and beyond, 2 mins from Uberboat/ the river.
- 5 min walk to Greenwich Park and every cafe/ restaurant/ pub you could ever want. There’s a big Waitrose 5 mins away, Greenwich Market, numerous small supermarkets, gyms, shops etc.

I’m 25 and work in the civil service (wfh 3 days a week). Outside of work I like pilates, cafe hopping, cooking, strolling around Greenwich park, musicals and concert. Drop me a message with some info about you if you’d like to enquire/ view ☺️
