Hi, I am moving away for work starting May, and need to sublet my beautiful Greenwich/Blackheath flat to a person/a couple for the next 1-5 months. If you are interested, contract for 12 months can be signed afterwards. Move in date is pretty flexible.

Flat is fully furnished and well-maintained, in a very peaceful corner of Blackheath/Greenwich, with train station 7' walk downhill (London Bridge is a 12 minutes train ride), and buses to Canary Wharf/North Greenwich (with tube connections) right around the corner. The area has plenty of gardens and parks - Greenwich park is 15 minutes stroll away! Blackheath and Greenwich with cafes, shops and cinemas are within 20 minute walk (or 5-10 minute bus drive).

All inclusive (full fibre internet, council tax, heating/water/electricity)!
The bedroom does not have the red carpet anymore. Laundry-drier working well. Desk with a very comfortable armchair added to the living room.

Shorter lets (on a weekly basis) can be considered.
