A bright, well-sized double room is available in our modern three-bedroom flat on the Greenwich Peninsula, located right next to the River Thames in the Enderby Wharf development. The room comes partially furnished with a wardrobe and I may be open to selling other furniture e. g bed. The flat has a large shared living area which includes a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom shared with one other flatmate. The flat is on the top floor of the apartment block, with key fob access. There is free access to the gym, which is dedicated to the housing development (see last photo). A 24-hour concierge service is provided, as is a bike shed in the garage and a car parking space.

The flat is a 10-15 minute walk to Maze Hill (Southeastern) station, and a 15-20 minute walk to North Greenwich (Jubilee) station and Cutty Sark (DLR) station, for which the bus is also an option. The lovely Greenwich Park is only a 15 minute walk, as too is Greenwich town centre. There are plenty of great restaurants, and you'd do well to find an area of London with better pubs (The Pelton Arms, Cutty Sark, The Plume of Feathers). The area is calm and residential, but with supermarkets and amenities nearby.
You’ll be sharing with two friendly and clean professionals in their mid-late 20s(1x male, 1x female), who enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment. We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate (young professional) who is tidy, quiet and considerate. Not looking for a new best friend, but definitely someone they can get on with. We bonded over sports and running. I'm only moving out as I am buying a place with my girlfriend, but would be very happy to stay otherwise.
