I’m looking for a flatmate to be added to the lease in a modern 2bed 2bath high-rise in Greenwich w/ balcony.

Your room would be a double with an ensuite, large closet area, good size window with a view of Deptford Creek.

I’m not normally an ‘amenities’ gurl, but the building has a gorgeous roof top terrace with views of the Thames and skyline, communal bbqs and seating, work from home spaces, and a full gym with free yoga and HIIT classes once a week. The building has a community feel with monthly events/gatherings.

The bedroom and common areas can come furnished or unfurnished based on your needs.

Bills are 170 flat/2 (or 3 if couple) this includes everything (WiFi, water, electricity, heating and cooling floors) except council tax.

Couples welcome, would just add +150 to rent. Dogs also welcome :)

You’d be sharing with me—Rachel—38F, originally from the US but here in the UK permanently. I work in public health research in a hybrid set up, so am in the office in marylebone/holborn 3 days a week and home the rest.

I’m pretty laid back during the workweek and usually enjoy a yoga/pilates class, run in the park, or a drink with friends after work. Can also be found on the sofa knitting and watching reality tv 🤷‍♀️. On the weekends I like to get outside and hike, weekend trips to the countryside or sea, and catch a gig or stand up show.

I’m still building up community in London so would love a flatmate interested in being a bit social rather than just a crash pad—though, admittedly I relish alone time too.

Must be good with dogs…I don’t have one yet, but plan to adopt in the coming months!
