I am moving out of this lovely room available in a homely girls flat available from the 9th of June.

You will share the flat with two super lovely girls Laurie and Salome. They love to cook, run, travel and prefer to keep the home peaceful and clean so everyone can enjoy when they get back from work so would love a like-minded girl.

The room has a double bed with mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, smaller chest of drawers, bookshelf, desk and shelving unit. There's also an IKEA just a short bus ride away in North Greenwich for any of your additional furniture needs.

Rent is £625 a month plus bills (around £150) and we are 1 minute from the Cutty Sark DLR station. (You can see the Cutty Sark from the flat!) 10 minutes to Canary Wharf, London Bridge and 18 to Bank station.

There is an M&S, Tesco and Sainsbury's all a 1 minute walk away, and a large Waitrose less than 5 minutes away. Greenwich food market and restaurants are all directly opposite or next to the flat. There's even Greenwich cinema only a few doors down.

A new tenancy agreement is starting this June 2025 and the property manager requires you to stay until when the contract gets renewed.
