I’m offering a spacious studio flat for rent from July until September 15th (dates can be slightly adjusted if needed). The tenancy extends beyond my requirements due to my work placement. My experience here has been fantastic, with no issues whatsoever. The flat is priced at £279.00 per week.

The room comes with plenty of storage place, high speed broadband a kitchenette as well as an en-suite.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s Local, and several other convenience stores just steps away. Larger supermarkets are also within walking distance. The property boasts excellent transport links, including a bus stop right outside and close proximity to Cutty Sark DLR Station (10-minute walk) and Greenwich Overground Station (15-minute walk).

In addition, it’s just a short walk to iconic attractions such as the Cutty Sark ship, Greenwich Park (with stunning views of Canary Wharf), and Greenwich Market.

I’m sad to be leaving this flat as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
