It is importante to highlight this room is on 2 bedroom house and there are 2 pets: golden retriever and ginger cat both 4 years old 🐕🐈!
The room is perfect for singles comes with a wardrobe and within the room there is place for a desk and chair.

It is well-connected with excellent transport links.
The house is surrounded by buses, DLR and railway.
Across the road, 1 min away there is number 53 that takes you to elephant castle easily
5 mins away: Deptford DLR connecting you easily to Canary Wharf and Bank.
Less than 10 minutes there is Greenwich railway with direct connection to London Bridge less than 15 mins journey.

Someone clean, who respects the pets and understands what involves having 2 furry babies at home.

In terms of cleaning, I try to brush and mope the house every 2/3 days because of Simba and April but once a week on a rotational basis I expect each of us to clean the shared spaces..
We are not freaky cleaners but we do like to keep the place clean and organised.

We like to socialise, invite friends over for BBQ specially when the sun is out and you are more than welcome to join or use the garden at your own convenience.
Despite loving to socialise, we also respect boundaries and peoples spaces.
