Two Double Rooms in Greenwich/Deptford

I have two double rooms available from the 1st of August. Both my flatmates are sadly moving out, and I'm looking for two others to renew the contract in my 3 bed flat.

One room is partly furnished. From what you can see on the pictures only the bed is included in the room. The other room will be completely unfurnished. Both rooms will share a bathroom with each other. In the living room, only the couch will be staying, so the ideal housemate would be also open to furnish the flat together.

The flat is in a great spot opposite Laban Dance School and it’s very well connected. It is just a 10-minute walk from both Deptford Station (one stop from London Bridge) and Cutty Sark Station (with DLR services direct to Canary Wharf and Bank). There is also a bus stop just in front of the building with night buses connecting to the jubilee line, the overground, and central London.

There's a Tesco Express, a Sainsbury's Local, a pharmacy, and an Eastern European shop right on our doorstep. If you're a Waitrose fan, it's just 5-minute walk away.

The building has a concierge service and secure bike storage.

Hot water and heating are included in the rent. The rest of the bills are split evenly and are in addition to the rent. Roughly per person per month are as follows:

Council tax: £65
Electricity: £23
Water: £15
Internet: £15

A little bit about me:
As a person I'm laidback, sociable, tidy and respectful. I like to hang out with my housemates and catch up over a drink or an occasional meal. At the same time I am considerate to others' privacy and independent when necessary.
