Hello! I’m renting out a lovely, light-filled studio in my home in SE3 – newly renovated, peaceful, and perfect for someone who likes their own space.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, kitchenette, and living/sleeping area – it’s not a flatshare and there are no shared living spaces, although access is through my home. I live here with my daughter and we’re friendly but very respectful of your privacy – this is your space to settle in and feel at home.

Location-wise, it’s a quiet, leafy street just a few minutes from Maze Hill station (12 mins to London Bridge), with Greenwich Park literally at the end of the road. You’re also within easy reach of Blackheath Village and Greenwich for cafés, pubs, markets and green spaces.

Who this would suit:
Someone independent, tidy and easygoing – maybe a professional or mature student – who’s after a calm, comfortable place to come home to. It’s a relaxed, quiet house, so probably not the right vibe if you’re into late nights or hosting loads of guests.
