Hi, I have a spacious modern one bedroom flat in Seren Park Gardens for rent from 30 January 2026 to 22 February 2026 (24 days in total), as I will be traveling overseas.

The flat is in a sort after development in zone2/3 London and is a 2 minute walk from Greenwich Park. The building is also right next to Maze Hill train station (there is a train exit just for this development):

- 2 minute walk to Greenwich Park
- 1 minute to Greenwich station
- 12 minutes to London Bridge station
- 14 minutes to Cannon Street station

The flat is fully furnished, 560 sqft, west facing, has a balcony with beautiful view of the City and Canary Wharf. Built in 2010, it has excellent insulation and stays very warm throughout winter!

Ideally I am looking for someone who can stay the whole period. If your stay is a bit shorter than that, you can also message me and see what we can do.
