Hi, I'm letting this one-bedroom flat while travelling overseas. 1250 for the whole period 20 days (28 August 2026 - 17 September 2026), no extra fee. All bills and council tax included. You will have the whole flat for yourself.

This is ideal for someone who is looking for a short stay in London or needs temporary accomodation between leases.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Greenwich Park and right next to Maze Hill train station (there is a train station exit just for this development), and only 15 minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR station:

- 2 minute walk to Greenwich Park
- 1 minute to Greenwich station by train
- 15 minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR station
- 12 minutes to London Bridge station
- 14 minutes to Cannon Street station

This modern flat is fully furnished, 560 sqft, west facing, has a balcony with beautiful view of the City and Canary Wharf.

Ideally I am looking for someone who can stay the whole period. If your stay is a bit shorter than that, you can also message me and see what we can do.

Please note that this is a short term stay only. It is not available for long term rental as I am only renting it out since I will be travelling overseas.
