One Bedroom Flat in Greenwich

I am looking for someone to rent my one bedroom flat in Greenwich from January. It is in a great location, with easy access to Maze Hill, North Greenwich and Cutty Sark stations. Greenwich Park and Greenwich Village are a short walk away. The flat is furnished and consists of a separate bedroom, kitchen/living space, and bathroom. There is a spacious balcony that overlooks a landscaped courtyard. The development is quiet and very secure with multiple security doors to the building. I could provide basic crockery if needed. This is my first home and I'm looking for someone conscientious to take good care of it.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (internet, council tax, water, electricity etc.) and offered at a slightly discounted rate as the flat is currently on the market and viewings would need to be accommodated (with sufficient notice). Should we find a buyer, we would give at least 6 weeks notice to anyone staying.

Open to discussing an ongoing rolling monthly arrangement, or if you have a specific length of time in mind. The minimum period would be one month.
