Great flat in Greenwich / Blackheath

Please note the rent is £1250 including bills. I'm looking for a flatmate. I'm happy to take a 6 month or shorter term tenant.

This spacious two-bedroom flat located on Shooters Hill Road overlooking the heath is situated on the lower ground floor. The fully furnished property spans almost 900 square feet. Boasting a private gated entrance, tucked away and set back from the main road, this property offers quiet living whilst also being incredibly well connected to nearby green areas, including the Heath & Greenwich Park. There are also many local amenities in both Blackheath Standard and Blackheath Village.

To the front of the property you will find both the kitchen & lounge, separate in their layout. The kitchen is well laid out, hosting ample storage space as well as ideal space for all appliances. Onto the reception, it's exposed to an abundance of natural light despite being situated on the lower ground floor.

You will have the biggest room that has two very large double wardrobes, and a desk if you ever need to work from home. I normally leave for work at 6.20am, so unless you leave that early too, you will always get in the bathroom :)

Blackheath has great transportation; a train station (to London Bridge, Charing Cross or Victoria), three buses to North Greenwich underground where you can get the very fast Jubilee Line straight to Waterloo or Oxford Street! And a bus directly to Canary Wharf (new) which the last time I checked is free!

I'm a Pilates instructor so my work schedule is different everyday but I'm out most days.

I don't want it to be a party house, but friends and family are always welcome to visit and stay. Just shut the living room door, they can sleep there, and there is access to the kitchen through another door.
