Av 1st Sept-Change of New Tenant (Great Apartment)

Hi I’m Kieran who is friendly professional gay northerner and have a beautiful 2 bed flat in the heart of Greenwich it’s literally 30 seconds walk over to the station and 11 minutes journey to London Bridge on the train. My old house mate has just moved out and I would like someone who would want to take over the tenancy with me as I just love living here again the place is fully furnished to a really nice standard. This place is a steel when it comes to how good the location is and the rent price. I’m currently looking for someone who wants to sign for a year, that is a professional, clean and is LGBT friendly. Again the apartment is fully furnished as Iv furnished it myself. The stuff in the other bedroom that is going is the landlords furniture. I’m looking for someone who is a professional, likes to socialise and possibly might even want to make a new friendship with me. I’m very out going I love the gym, I love to cook which Iv done many a times for my previous house mate and again took her to a lot of my PR dinners and event's. Again I am very relaxed when it comes to you inviting dates over, or friends and family stay. As the apartment is much as my home as it is yours and I would want you to feel at home. I’m a friendly, kind and a caring and again have been living in this apartment for a year already, so ideally would be looking for someone to sign for a year and might potentially want to stay long term depending on our situations not changing in the future.
