* Bills: ~ £170 per month per person (covers council tax, electricity, gas, wifi & energy), ~£70 (for students exempt from council tax)
* Tenancy takeover available from 1 Sept 2025 - April 2026 (with option to renew)
* Sharing with one housemate 29 year old female professional pastry chef
* Deposit: £992.30
The agency requires references and income verification, so ideally looking for someone who’s ready to go through standard checks. If you are a student, be ready to provide UK-based guarantor who’s currently earning at least £39,060. If you’re a professional your salary has to be at least £27,100.
