Double Room with balcony in a Modern 2 Bed Flat

Modern building with concierge service and a Pure Gym in the ground floor. Located in the heart of Greenwich with just a 1-minute walk to the DLR and Greenwich train station.

The flat has huge kitchen & living room space with floor to ceiling windows on the 10th floor. The room is a large double room with its own bathroom. It also has aircon in the living room.

I’ve lived in this building for 4 years now and can’t fault it or the location. Unfortunately I’ll be moving out as I’ve purchase a place nearby but you’ll be sharing with Laura (30) who moved in last year. She’s a vet and is lovely, tidy, respectful and an ideal flatmate. Looking for someone who is easy-going but also appreciates keeping the place nice.

I’ll be taking a lot of the furniture with me except bed and cupboards but am happy to sell cheap if preferred.
