Lush long-let Greenwich Centre

Hello!
We have a big double room in our six bedroom house in Greenwich town centre (right by Cutty Sark station and 30 seconds by the gate of Greenwich Park) for move in 1st September. The contract will run until March, at which there will be a discussion about continuing.

Five of us live here now, so have a look if you’d like to live with 3 women and 2 guys (early to late 30s) - 3 showers and 5 toilets - in our very grand and spacious home!

Rent: £895pm not including bills

Deposit is actually £1137 (can't put in spareroom)

Available 1st of September.

This isn’t like most places on Spareroom! We want to create an intentional community. We are looking for someone social, communicative and keen to be a park of a new group of friends, so if you’re someone who likes to keep to yourself this probably isn’t the place for you. If you’re someone who’s actively excited to live with people you want to connect with meaningfully; share dinners, help us host occasional epic parties; keep the place beautiful and help us look after this gorgeous listed building; and you like sharing your communal space, then this could be the place for you. The house is huge has lots of communal space and is perfect for hosting. We have a beautiful garden and open plan living dining room. With another floor with a projector on.

Living as a house of six there will be difference of opinion from time to time and we want someone who is comfortable communicating their needs, wants and boundaries, so emotional intelligence is really important to us. Generally stuff here is chilled, easy, warm and fun. Often playful, supportive and social. Also focused and hard working (with some people working from home some of the time).
