Greenwich house-share with female professional

I am going to be moving out of the property. It is a two bedroom house in Greenwich. Ideally situated between both Greenwich and the O2. It is also close to Greenwich park.

The property itself is a two bedroom, two storey house, it has two large bedrooms, one bathroom and a spare room on the first floor. On the ground floor is a living room, kitchen, toilet and spacious garden.

You will be living with a great female professional who is in her early 30s. She is a hard worker but equally enjoys a glass of wine from time to time. She also has a cat. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. It is available from November 21 but this can occur earlier if that is preferable. Please note this is through an agency so formal references will be required. This should include credit checks and landlord references or a guarantor.
