Double Bedroom W/ Own Bathroom In New Build Flat

My flatmate has recently moved out and I am currently looking for somebody new to replace him. The below is a bit about me and the flat:

I'm Tom, 26 years old and work for the Crown Prosecution Service. I have lived here for the past three years now and really enjoyed my time around the Cutty Sark area - so keen to find a new professional to replace my current flatmate.

The flat is a modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom, with a spacious kitchen and lounge area. The rent for the available room is £1,150 a month - which has already been agreed with the landlord, plus bills (approximately £175 a month each). The double bedroom available is furnished with built-in wardrobes, desk and comes with its own bathroom - as per the videos attached.
The contract will be for 12-months, with a 6-month break clause. The new contract will officially start on 22nd October 2025, however, there may be potential to move in earlier.

The Cutty Sark DLR station is a 2-minute walk away and is approximately 20 minutes to Bank station. The flat is also next to the comedy club and moments from Greenwich Park - making it a great place to live.

A bit about me: as mentioned above, I work for the CPS and WFH 2/3 times a week. I keep myself busy by playing football as often as possible and going out with friends around London. l also spend quite a bit of time at the park, playing either football/tennis to keep myself active. I am looking for another professional who is easygoing, chilled and tidy to join the tenancy.

The new tenant will need to be referenced to pass the credit check process and right to rent prior to moving in. The estate agent will also need to be provided with 3-months bank statements, 3-months payslips and copy of passport - along with the contract.
