Large and light ensuite

I’m moving out of London and leaving my lovely houseshare on Halstow Road. You'll be living with three others who all have their own bathrooms (just like you), with a shared livingroom, kitchen and garden.
Your room is on the top (2nd) floor.

It's a gorgeous big room with tonnes of natural light because of the juliet balcony, it has a tucked away storage corner with lots of space, and a lovely ensuite with hand and waterfall shower. I'll be looking to sell the bed and mattress, plus maybe a few other bits.

- Bills currently £204,24 per month (electricity, gas, water, council tax and internet).
- Deposit £897 (this is held by the Deposit Protection Service)
- Move in date is October 12th.

Housemates:
Carolina - Chilean psychologist who works at a domestic violence charity. Enjoys swimming (at the lovely Greenwich centre) and going to the cinema
Siddhi - physiotherapist from India who enjoys visiting museums and cute cafes
Julia - Swedish and works in music and as a lifeguard, but is moving out pretty much at the same time as me! So currently it's a mystery roommate...

On-street parking is available but requires a permit.

The location is great, nice and quiet but only 5-minute walk to Westcombe Park Station for a 15 minute train into London Bridge.
Also 10 minute buses to North Greenwich Underground. A short walk to Charlton for supermarkets including LIDL, Aldi, Asda, Sainsburys, M&S, and also other large shops including IKEA, B&Q, and pretty much any high street retail outlet you could need. Greenwich Park and town centre is a short 20 min walk the other way.

It's a really friendly house where everyone chips in to keep the communal areas clean, and sometimes we have a nice chat over a cup of tea or dinner, so it's social while you still have your own private space.

Viewings will be held from September. The letting agency will then need to do standard checks with references.
