The room is very large (32 square metres) in a warm, large period house next to Greenwich park with entire wall of deep wardrobes, floor to ceiling.

Maze Hill train station is 150 metres away and London Bridge is a 15 minute train journey.

Sainsbury's supermarket and other shops are at 100 metres; and two big retail parks with Ikea, B&Q, Matalan, Primark, Asda, Argos etc are nearby too.

The property is a big, stately Victorian house with all modern conveniences and conservation double glazing throughout, high ceilings, many period features and fireplaces, and a courtyard garden where you can relax.

There is a large kitchen in the property fitted with everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped; has 3 full-height fridges/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a double set of hobs, whizz high end pyrolytic self cleaning over and plenty of cooking facilities and storage space. The large room has two bay windows (with A+++ double glazing for both comfort and the environment) with incredible views over London and the Thames.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, entire wall of large wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, curtains, and lights.

There are 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet in the property so you will not be waiting. The other housemates are working professionals, considerate and caring.

Included in the rent are 1) use of furniture and furnishings 2) all bills - Council Taxes, Gas, Electric, Water, High-Speed Wifi 3) a fortnightly cleaner. Smoking is not allowed in the house but there is garden outside.
