Hello! Looking for an individual who is wanting to a bright double bedroom in a 2 bed house. The property is very spacious with lots of storage space. The tenant will have own upstairs bathroom, as I have the ensuite, and there’s a guest bathroom downstairs. Spacious and separate kitchen and living room with a utility room too.
5min walk for Deptford Bridge DLR, 10min walk to Greenwich Station, 15min walk to NewCross Overground. 15 min walk to Greenwich Park!
The room comes unfurnished although there is an inbuilt wardrobe. £900 excluding bills; bills will be split separately. Usually around £150-£200 each during winter times.
I’m looking for someone who can ideally stay for minimum 2 months. Hopefully we can forge a friendship too as i’d like us to share a lovely atmosphere at home.
The demand has been overwhelming so apologies if my replies are delayed.
