Room in Greenwich

Hi there,

We’ll have one bedroom available in a great terraced house in East Greenwich from the 1st of November

The location of the house is ideal - close to many shopping and entertainment facilities (IKEA, Odeon, Charlton Shopping Park, The O2, etc) and plenty of bus routes that will take you straight to the Greenwich centre (5mins) and North Greenwich tube station (5-7mins). Alternatively, it’s a 20min stroll either way.

The room is furnished with single bed, study desk with chair and big wardrobe. The room is located on the first floor.

There’s also a small living/dining room and a little garden.

Bills aren’t included and are currently around £130 pm for council tax, gas & electricity, water and broadband.

Riccardo has been living in this house for over 7 years now, while Iryna almost one year and Charlotte just joined. We are looking for someone with a full time job (9 to 5), considerate and easy going to join the household.
