We are looking to fill a spare room in our lovely and modern 3 bedroom flat in Greenwich, available from 20 December 2025.

The flat is in a secure building with a 24 hr concierge, a property management app and an amazing rooftop overlooking London!

Fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living area with dining table and a large bathroom (shared with one flatmate only).

The flat has also recently had new hardwood flooring and carpet installed throughout and there is ample additional storage space in the hallway and boiler room.

The room is extremely light and airy and currently includes:

👯 Flatmates:

You will be living with Stacey and Lena (both 31) who recently signed on for a new 12 month contract in September. Both work from the office a few times a week and are usually always on the go – we love a laugh but equally decompressing after a busy work day.

The flat is a 5 min walk to Greenwich DLR and Deptford train station, as well as a 10 min walk to Greenwich park and town centre. The flat is also a 8 min train ride to London Bridge from Deptford.

📍Location
We super close to gyms, Sainsbury’s, local Waitrose & Tesco Express, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars on Deptford and Greenwich high street, as well as within walking distance to the basic necessities (GP, post office, etc).
