Spacious double bedroom with ensuite in Greenwich

Hi! We are looking for a fourth housemate to fill this double bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. The house is located in a safe, calm gated community in Greenwich.

The room is on the top floor and faces the community. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on preference. It includes a double wardrobe and lots of space including cupboards in the bathroom and atop the wardrobe.

You will be living with three students: Scarlett (20) in graphic design, Ruben (21) in photography, and Mia (22) in dance. The house is very creative and relaxed, open to either a student or young professional.

The house is ~10 minutes walk to Aldi and Tesco, and is just up the street from Lewisham shopping centre. The nearest transport links are the Elverson Road (DLR) and Lewisham Station (National Rail).

Bills come out to ~30£ monthly (if you are a young professional we are on council tax band E, you will receive a 25% discount for living with students). No deposit and the move in date is flexible!
