About the Room & The Flat:

A lovely, bright double room with a private en-suite bathroom in a modern, well-maintained flat. The room is perfect for a professional seeking a peaceful and clean home environment. The flat is kept to a very high standard of tidiness, and I am looking for a like-minded person to share the space with.

Please note that the flat is currently on the market for sale. This means we would live here on a flexible two-month rolling contract, and the room/flat must be kept tidy and available for viewings with reasonable notice.

A Bit About Me & Who I'm Looking For:

I'm a professional who works mainly from home, so a quiet and respectful atmosphere is really important to me. I'm a tidy and clean person by nature, and I'm hoping to find someone similar who values an organised and serene living space.

I'm introverted and enjoy my quiet time – you'll often find me working, reading, or working out. That said, I'm always up for a good conversation over a cup of tea, a walk in the park, or a movie night. I'd love to live with someone who has a similar balance; someone independent and respectful of shared spaces, but also friendly and open to occasional shared moments.

The Fantastic Location (SE10):

The location is a real highlight! We are perfectly situated between two stations, both about a 15-minute walk away, with regular trains to London Bridge, in just 10 minutes and Charring Cross in 15-17 min.

Greenwich Park: A beautiful 10-minute walk.

Greenwich Market & Town Centre: About 15 minutes on foot.

Travel: Excellent connections to all major airports via the Elizabeth Line. Direct trains to Luton Airport, trains with a changeover to Gatwick Airport, and Stansted can be reached by Train or Bus from Liverpool Street. Direct DLR train to Bank every 3 minutes. 20 Minutes to Canary Wharf.

Community: The area has a lovely community feel with friendly neighbours and a great GP practice just a 10-minute walk away.

Ideal Housemate:
You are a professional, likely in your late 20s to 40s, who is clean, tidy, respectful, independent and quiet. You understand and are comfortable with the flat sale situation. You're looking for a peaceful home base, value your own space, but appreciate having a friendly and compatible flatmate.

The internet and electricity bills are included, and the council tax band is C.
