Double room available in our lovely house

Hey! I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into the house by 14 Nov.

It’s a 3-floor house with a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area downstairs that leads onto a clean outdoor patio — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air with bonfire as we’re also heading in the winter!

The house is located 5 minutes walk from the Mazehill southeastern/ thameslink station. 5 mins walk to the River thames. 1 min walk to Tesco and the main shop street. 1 min walk to the bus stop that connects direct night buses to central too!

The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you could need: two ovens, microwave, toaster, washing machine/dryer, and a dishwasher.

The available room is a double room, bright and comfortable with a big wardrobe, and ample storage space.
There’s one bathroom in the house with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
The pictures attached of the room are how the current flatmate has decorated it, later can be rearranged and decorated according to preference.

The house is clean, friendly, and feels like a real home. I’m looking for a working professional who’s clean, respectful, and chilled — someone who would fit into the relaxed, friendly environment here.
We’re social, but also respect personal space, would be lovely to have another friend in the household!
