Double room available immediately

Hey! We’re 2 working professionals currently living in the house looking for a third housemate to move in by end of November.

It’s a 3-floor house with a bright, open-plan kitchen and living area downstairs that leads onto a clean outdoor patio — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air with bonfire as we’re also heading in the winter!

The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you could need: two ovens, microwave, toaster, washing machine/dryer, and a dishwasher.

The available room is a double room, bright and comfortable.
There is ample space and flexibility to furnish it as per preference. The previous housemate had a big wardrobe, double bed, table, storage shelves in place.

(There is a furnished guest room available to settle in while getting furniture for your room)

There’s one bathroom in the house with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The house is clean, friendly, and feels like a real home. I’m looking for a working professional who’s clean, respectful, and chilled — someone who would fit into the relaxed, friendly environment here.
