I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat right in the heart of Greenwich.

The location is amazing, Greenwich Market is literally on the doorstep, with loads of great restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. Greenwich Park is just a short walk down the road, perfect for weekend strolls, morning runs and summer picnics.

A bit about me: I’m 30, work in media advertising in London Bridge. I enjoy travelling, attending festivals and gigs, practising Pilates, and exploring the local area. I like to keep the flat clean, calm, and cosy, a comfortable space to relax and unwind. At home, I enjoy cooking, watching TV (the flat has Sky and all the streaming apps), taking walks in the park, and visiting the local pubs.

The available room is a great size and has a desk, so it’s ideal if you work from home (I do 2 days a week, usually Monday & Wednesday). It comes part-furnished, you’ll just need to bring your own bed.
The flat has its own private garden, complete with a large BBQ and outdoor table set which is perfect for hosting friends in the summer or enjoying a glass of wine outside.

Transport links are excellent:
- 2 mins to Cutty Sark DLR
- 7 mins to Greenwich Thameslink (great for London Bridge and central connections)
- 10 mins by bus to North Greenwich for the Jubilee Line

The room is available now with a flexible move in date.

Rent is £948 per month, with bills around £155.
