Lovely 2 Bed Flat In Greenwich/Blackheath Area!

hi everyone :) my name is jaden, and i’m looking for someone to take over my lease and move into my flat. i have been in my flat for 6 months, but i now have 2 puppies, and as the property has no garden, ive decided to get out of my lease early to find somewhere better suited to my needs at the moment.
the flat is about a 5 minute walk from deptford bridge dlr, and has tons of restaurants and shops nearby. it is a gated property that has a lovely little courtyard. it’s a super lovely area and convenient if you’re a student at greenwich like i am, as it’s about a 15 minute walk away.
the flat is a 2-bed 2-bath, with one of them being an on-suite to the primary bedroom upstairs. both bathrooms have rainfall shower heads and heated towel racks. the downstairs bathroom is very large, and could easily fit any extra furniture you might want. there is also storage space under the stairs.
the kitchen comes fitted with a full sized refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine! it’s all very open concept, so you have full control over the spaces layout.
my tenancy ends on 13/5/26, so you’d need to be at the property until at least then. my neighbors are all lovely people and are always there if you need help moving in or just someone to talk to!
my moving date depends on the when i find someone here, so i can’t offer an exact timeline. please reach out and i’d be happy to assist!
