Double Room in a quiet, cosy flat

Hey everyone!

My name’s Mary I’m 32 and I work as an Office Manager in a creative company.

I have a lovely double room available from the 20th of December (with some flexibility.)



Rent is £1,125.00 per month, all bills included.

The room comes fully furnished bed and wardrobe and shelving behind the door. It has enough space for a desk — perfect if you need a little work corner.

A bit about me; I’m a creative at heart and currently preparing for my second art exhibition. I love spending my downtime drawing, going to the gym 3–4 times a week, and catching up with family and friends. I also enjoy museums, cooking, trying new activities, and the occasional cosy night in with good food and a glass of wine :)

I work full-time Monday to Friday, with four days in the office and one at home, so ideally I’m looking for someone with a similar hybrid or office-based schedule.

At home, I really value a peaceful and considerate environment — not a party place, but somewhere that feels calm and welcoming after a busy day.

I’m after someone who takes pride in the flat — tidy, respectful, and positive. It’s important to me that it feels like a home we both care for, not just a place to stay.

The flat is right on the river in beautiful Greenwich, with great transport links:


• Maze Hill (National Rail) – 10 mins walk

• Cutty Sark (DLR) – 15 mins walk along the river

• North Greenwich (Jubilee Line) – 10 mins by bus

• Plus night buses for easy travel
