I'm moving out of the UK and am looking for someone to take this beautiful room.

Located in a new, quiet development in Greenwich, only 5 mins away from North Greenwich station by bus (188).
You get access to the balcony directly from your room and your own bathroom! Fitted with a wardrobe opposite the bed (sorry for the bad quality ;/ ).
Plus, the monthly rent includes a 24/7 gym and a concierge :)
Bills paid separately from rent - electricity, internet, council tax Band C, and water
If you're tired of the London noise, this is a great location to detox and calm your mind.

Current flatmate:
- working professional WFH at least 3 days a week
- into game design and video games
- prefers a quiet environment but will also go to the pub together or watch a movie
