📍about the location
- we’re in zone 2/3, close to Ikea Greenwich.
- 10mins away on foot from Sainsburys local & lots of food places
- 15mins away on foot from Greenwich shopping park
- 5minutes away on foot from Westcombe Park train station, which takes you to London Bridge station in 15 mins
- 15mins away on bus from North Greenwich underground station (Jubilee line)
🏡about the flat
- rent for the room: £610, deposit £680
- bills: council tax £45pp, water £20pp, wifi £10pp, electricity & gas £30 (summer)/ £70 (winter)
- kitchen comes fully furnished, this year we got a new stove, dishwasher & washing machine
- the contract is until december 2027, but can easily be renewed. equally, you can leave on a one month’s notice (and find your replacement!)

- karin has lived here for 4 years, , absolutely loves it! catherine & teddy have been here a year & tessa will also be moving in december! we’re a group of professionals who work at home/on location.
- we’re all social and love to hangout in the living room & watch netflix, or go out for food/drink. we’d really like for all of us to be friends (hence the “vibe” inspo pic)
✍️important bits
- there is scaffolding works around the house & on the balconies, scheduled to be done by february. (expect some noise!)
- you need to be making at least 2.6x the rent for referencing purposes.
- cleanliness is superrr important to us. we’ve had a weekly cleaning rota and we’d like to maintain that!
- it would be realllyyyy good if you’ve lived in a house share before, especially one in a bigger house with more people. it can get crowded and loud at times!
- we all split the bills equally. even if we go on holidays etc we all still pay the same.
- you need to be pet friendly! we have teddy living with us + Karin also does dog walking and ocassionally brings over Archie (4 y/o springer spaniel)
I’ll be doing viewings for the room Wedneday 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th of December after 6.30pm, and then on Saturday December 6th between 11am and 4pm.
