I’m a woman in my early 30s, working full-time in central London for a premium sportswear brand. I have a fairly busy schedule, but at heart I’m very much a home-loving, calm-seeking person. In my free time I enjoy slowing down with self-care rituals, cooking, reading, and creative or art-related activities. I’m also interested in wellness and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

For me, home is a sanctuary. After long commutes and busy workdays, it’s really important that the flat feels peaceful, calming, and well looked after—a place where both of us can truly unwind.
