Bright and Spacious Room in a Cozy Flat

I’m the current flatmate looking for a lovely lady to share this beautiful flat with.

A little about the room: it’s a double bedroom, with lots of light and storage space. It has a little balcony with a terrace, a big wardrobe and nightstands. The room, as well as the flat, has a modern vibe to it: clean wall paint, wooden floors, minimalistic decorated, which makes the flat feel spacious and fresh. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and living room are also pretty large and bright.

The bills are not included in the rent price, but they are quite manageable (around approximately £130/ month each) everything is electric so all the bills we cover are electricity, water, which varies slightly depending on the monthly usage, and internet.

The landlords are very kind and accommodating; there has always been great communication between us (tenants) and the landlords.

A little about me 😊
I’m a woman in my early 30s, working full-time in central London for a large sportswear brand. I have a fairly busy schedule, but at heart I’m very much a home-loving, calm-seeking person. In my free time I enjoy slowing down with self-care rituals, cooking, reading, and creative or art-related activities. I’m also interested in wellness and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

For me, home is a sanctuary. After long commutes and busy workdays, it’s really important that the flat feels peaceful, calming, and well looked after—a place where both of us can truly unwind. Cleanliness and organisation are very important to me, especially in shared spaces. I feel most relaxed in a home that’s tidy, fresh, and thoughtfully maintained, and I’m looking for someone who naturally shares these habits and values.

I’d love to find a like-minded woman—perhaps more on the introverted side—who enjoys a quiet, cosy atmosphere and takes pride in keeping the flat clean, calm, and harmonious. The flat is best suited to someone who isn’t into hosting parties or frequent gatherings, as I’m hoping to keep the space serene and low-key for both of us.
