Riverside house in Greenwich!

Hello! We’re looking for someone to fill a part-furnished, double bedroom going in our house in Greenwich (SE8) for £780pcm + bills when we renew our lease on February 1 2026. You'll live with Dylan (25M, 🇺🇸🏳️‍🌈) and Liv (28F, 🇬🇧), and we're looking for another working professional, preferably a girl or queer person to round us out. The double bedroom is on the first floor, with a window facing out onto the cul-de-sac. It comes with a king double bed + mattress, plus a wardrobe and bed side chest-of-drawers. Shared bathroom with shower / bath and there’s also an additional toilet on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a spacious living / dining area with a large kitchen. We also have a garden out back (though she needs a little love 😅).

As for us, we’re both creative professionals working in art, fashion & music. We’re not massive partiers but we do love hosting / having people round for drinks and dinners, etc.🥂 We tend to favour an early-ish bedtime during the week but are out and about on the weekends for the most part. Looking for someone who’s social but also appreciates a tidy, chill home environment.

💷: Total deposit is £2300 (£766.67 per person)
🏠: 12-month fixed-term contract – will switch to Periodic Tenancy come May 2026
