Large ensuite room in lovely Greenwich flat

We are Tina and Ella - our housemates are moving out from our cosy flat soon and we're looking to fill their room!

About the room
It's very large, with 2 big windows and lots of natural light (we’re talking morning sunshine in bed) and a lovely ensuite bathroom with a tub! It also has the largest built in storage.
The room can come either furnished or unfurnished - our current housemates are happy to sell their bed/various furniture bits for a reasonable price.

About the flat
We've been here for a year and love it! It has lots of character, is ideally located, and the landlord is great. We are a 10 min walk from both Greenwich and Deptford so we get the best of both worlds - lots of great shops, bars, cafes all around, and a short stroll away from peaceful Greenwich park and the riverside!

We're equidistant from Deptford Bridge DLR and Greenwich station (about 8 minute walk), and 15ish mins to New Cross overground.

The flat is on the 1st floor, with a parking garage underneath (we do have a spot reserved for us there that you could use if you drive). The street itself it very calm and residential.

About us
We are both photographers - Ella is 31, Tina 26 - we love to cook together, watch films, and generally hang out, but also completely respect alone time. Tina works 9-5 in a studio, Ella works from home most days.

About you

We're after people who will be considerate, around for a chat, cook and watch tv together. Basically, after people looking for a home! Ideally a couple (so the bills can stay the same) - but happy to consider others if it’s right.

The room is available from mid Feb. The rent is £1210 per month, and the bills end up being around £135 per person.
