Double room in Greenwich

Hi there! We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join us in our gorgeous Greenwich flat.

ABOUT THE FLAT:
It's bright and modern, with a balcony, open-plan living room and spacious separate kitchen. There are wood floors throughout and carpets in the bedrooms; there's also a large tiled bathroom that you'll only be sharing with 1 other female. The flat also benefits from a very secure location with a central plaza that's lovely for relaxing in the summer, local café, and concierge in the adjacent lobby - you can be sure all your parcels will be safely collected while you're out!

The room itself is generously sized and west facing so it gets plenty of light, especially in the afternoon and evening. It's big enough to fit a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and double wardrobe. The double bed frame/mattress is included with the flat, with the potential to sell on some of the current furniture to the future tenant.

The location is brilliant, only 10 minutes walk from Greenwich (with access to London Bridge or the DLR) and just down the hill from Greenwich Park, perfect for runners and nature lovers. Lewisham is also 10 minutes away, with its central transport links, shopping centre and other amenities. Parking is available at extra cost.

The rent is £744 plus bills, which is extremely reasonable for a large room in such a lovely part of London.

ABOUT US:
You'd be living with Izzy and Michael, both in their 30s and full time professionals. We're looking for a friendly housemate of a similar age (30-37) who is clean, tidy and social. Single, non-smokers and in full-time work preferably.

MOVING INFORMATION:
Viewings to take place on Saturday 31st January (or potentially can do some evenings, to be discussed). The room is available from 8th March onwards.
