Large, spacious double room right next to Greenwich town centre! The flat itself is a very cute home on a very safe estate just outside of Greenwich town (5min walk to the market!) and also a quick walk to Maze Hill, getting you to central in less than 15 minutes! The two other flatmates are both theatre-makers & actors, queer and enjoy a natter in the kitchen, so definitely a little sociable house! We are looking for someone clean, bringing good energy and wanting to find a home here!

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and large desk (no chair though). As for the rest of the house, there is:

- Large living space with plenty of plants, tv & windows, perfect for working & relaxing!
- Kitchen equipped with a washing machine and gas burning hob
- Separate shower room & toilet (plenty of water pressure in the shower as well!)

Council tax & heating are included in the £766 rent, with the wifi, water, electricity & gas coming to roughly between 50 - 70 a month, so an absolute steal for the location

As for me, I am moving out to be closer to work but otherwise would not leave this place! Have absolutely loved living so close to Greenwich and the thames - it's really really beautiful in the summer!

Looking to get someone in from March 1st (can be flexible on this date), where the contract will renew for another 6 months on the 26th March so looking for people who see themselves here for at least that long.
