I'm looking for a professional female to share this beautiful flat with me. The flat is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat with a free 24-hour gym downstairs. The room is a double room with a king-size bed and a wardrobe, as well as an exclusive bathroom with a bathtub. Besides, the flat has a very spacious living room with a balcony, which enables good ventilation and a park view.

The flat has a perfect location near Greenwich DLR station (7-minute walk) and Deptford Railway Station (6-minute walk).
A 3-minute walk to Tesco and Sainsbury, 5-minute walk to Waitrose. 20 minutes to Canary Wharf and 15 minutes to London Bridge which is very convenient for commuting.

Rent: £1100 monthly exclude bills and tax.

Council tax: £79 monthly per person.

Bills range: from £50 to £100 per person monthly, which fluctuates depending on the seasonal consumption.

I am a professional based in London with a regular schedule. I like keeping the flat clean and tidy. I hope to find a girl who also loves cleanliness and quietness, respects each other, and can build a positive and sustainable flatmate relationship.

In order to maintain a harmonious and sustainable living environment, I expect my future flatmate not to bring the opposite sex home frequently (no more than twice a month, the male guest would not stay at home for the night), and of course, I can do all of the above preferences and expectations.
