You will have your own private large bathroom outside your room but right across the hallway.
The room is £950 per month and bills around £200. Tenancy: Minimum - 12 months, Maximum - 2 years

It's available from 11th April to take over my current flatmate's tenancy.

I work in a tech consulting firm mostly from home. I’m a friendly and easygoing person who values honesty, good energy and a peaceful home environment. I enjoy staying active and I love cooking and trying new recipes or putting together a nice meal after work is something I genuinely enjoy.

I’m not just looking for someone to share the flat with, but someone who’d be happy to chat over cup of a tea or simply enjoy the balcony views while also enjoying their own space.. I believe a home should feel welcoming, relaxed, and inclusive.
