Right next to Greenwich station, on a brand new luxury building with 24/7 concierge, Gym downstairs (additional) and bike storage the building is located at great distance from groceries shops, Cutty Sark city centre and Greenwich Park. The flat has a big terrace and also a shared patio downstairs. Bills add up to 125pp/pm roughly, that’s with super fast internet and smart radiators (it’s a fully smart home)

I’ve been working in high-end hospitality in London for many years, currently in a five-star hotel. My schedule can be a bit varied with late finishes, but I’m respectful of shared spaces and keep things calm and organised at home.

Outside of work, I’m very active; I enjoy running, cycling, hiking, and spending time outdoors whenever I can. I’m also into travel, good food, and the occasional relaxed drink (though rare); I value a peaceful, well-kept space to unwind.

I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset; someone independent, easygoing, and respectful of shared living. Ideally, you have your own routine, appreciate a comfortable and well-maintained home, and are up for the occasional chat or shared meal without it being a constant social flat.

If you’re looking for a balanced, we’ll likely get along well. There’s also Nala, a clean and independent cat who is never needy and respect most boundaries (she is a good girl). The landlady is amazing and on top of maintenance.

Big TV in the Living Room, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of space on the kitchen cupboards, storage room inside the flat, large under bed storage and a handy flatmate all included.
