Looking for someone to join me in SE10 maisonette

Hiya, I've put in an offer for this lovely property and I'm looking for someone to join me in this flat. It's a split-level apartment (2-bed and 2-bathroom flat) on Blackwall Lane in a quiet neighbourhood in Greenwich. Council Tax Band D.

It's 5 minutes by bus to North Greenwich underground station and right opposite the bus stop. It is also a 15min walk away from Maze Hill Rail way station. So, great transport links and very close to shops such as Charlton Retail park.

I'm looking for a flatmate ideally a professional who is responsible, very clean and tidy ( I wouldn't like to clean up after you and you wouldn't have to after me). I'm also looking for someone who enjoys their own time but wouldn't mind just chatting over food.
