Lovely Double Room in 3 Bed Flat

Hi!

We’re Giulia (29) and Amy (22), two professionals looking for a new flatmate. Our flatmate is moving out of our lovely 3-bedroom flat and we’re hoping to find someone who’s clean, respectful, and easygoing.

The room & flat
The available room shares a bathroom with Amy and comes with a comfy sofa bed, desk, and small wardrobe — though you’re welcome to bring your own furniture.
The flat has a balcony with stunning views of the Thames and Greenwich Town Centre and it’s just a minute from a peaceful riverside spot. You'll be sharing the bathroom with Amy only, as the other room has an ensuit bathroom.

Rent doesn't include any bills.
The agency has strict eligibility criteria for renting this property, so you will have to go through a referencing process - all the details in the chat.

🐱 About us
Giulia works in hospitality, enjoys quiet evenings at home, and lives with her friendly cats, Mika and Peanut — who rule the flat and love playing.
Amy will study a masters degree in September, is sociable, and always up for a long chat when home.
We’re both active, tidy, and value a peaceful, respectful living environment. We spend a lot of time out of the flat but we would rather have someone that doesnt work from home.

🧼 What we’re looking for someone who is:
- Clean and responsible (we follow a weekly cleaning rota)
- Comfortable living with a cat
- Respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours

🐾 Pets may be considered, depending on compatibility with Giulia's cats and the pet size.
