A large En-Suite room just a 2 minute walk away from Greenwich Train and DLR Station. It is also a 10 minute walk away from the town centre where there are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants as well as the Cutty Sark, Greenwich Market and Greenwich Park.

About the Flat
The room is in a modern 3 Bed Flat shared with 2 others including myself. There is an open living room/kitchen area and a balcony with outdoor furniture. The flat has a dishwasher and washer/dryer which makes everyone's lives easier. The available room has an en-suite. We have a Puregym that is just next to the flat as well as 24/7 concierge.

About Us
We are an LGBTQ+ flat with 3 double bedrooms and bathrooms, meaning everyone has their own to use. We have known each other since 2018 and lived together for a total of 6 years. We both come from a performing background and met each other at drama school. My flatmate is still a performer and I work in Theatre Production so very much immersed in that world. Whilst it isn’t essential for you to have an interest in this, you may hear the occasional song coming from someone's room!

We regularly like to socialise when we have free time but also enjoy time to ourselves so there is never constant pressure to hang out. We're both working adults so we value a calm, respectful home environment and would like someone who is the same. We would love someone we can become friends with and can join us for TV watching, drinks at the pub or a walk around Greenwich park.

Keeping the flat clean and tidy is really important to us. We all do our part so it is a high priority that whoever moves in joins us in doing the same. We would also prefer to have someone who doesn’t work from home for the majority of the week as neither of us do.

Bills are not included in the rent. Altogether our bills come to around £150 per month. The rent for the room will be £1300 per month but we would be open to discussing this and possibly making it slightly lower for the right person!
