Beautiful Greenwich Apartment

Hi,

I’m looking for a lodger for my 2 bed apartment - I’m primarily based in the UAE and will only stay at the apartment once every few months so the entire apartment will be yours 95% of the time. I’m renting it at a £500 a month discount to the market rate due to the inconvenience of having me around for a few nights once in a while.

Apartment is beautifully furnished and really well maintained (I never intended to rent it out but I got moved to the UAE office). Ideally looking for a couple of individual who takes a lot of pride in where they live.

The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the DLR (literally 10-15min max commute if you’re based in Canary Wharf or an 8 min train to London Bridge). It’s also a 7/8 min walk to the Greenwich village area (Cutty Sark) and Greenwich park so loads of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. It’s a lovely part of London to live in, especially on the weekends.

It’s available from 1st May and ideally looking for someone to stay at least 6 months but ideally longer.

I’ll cover the WiFi but other bills are not included.
