Room available in a lovely 2-bed flat in Greenwich

Hey! I'm John, a Data professional (mostly WFH but in the office a couple of times a week), and I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this really lovely flat in the heart of Greenwich.

My current flatmate is moving cities for work, so the room is up for grabs from April 30th. It's a furnished single room: bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The outgoing flatmate is also happy to do a deal on all of it for £100 if you want it, but totally optional.

The flat itself is clean, bright and well looked after. The living room opens out onto a private balcony which is a nice touch, and we've got a large TV and PS5 in there if you're into that. The kitchen is properly fitted; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor, the works. and I genuinely love cooking so it gets used. Bathroom is clean and tiled with both a bath and shower.
I'm pretty cheerful and easy to live with. I love the outdoors (football, running, martial arts), music (house, afro house), basketball, reading, and geeking out on history and sports. I have friends over occasionally and enjoy a good catch-up, but I'm mostly in my room and won't be in your space. I'd love someone who's up for a chat or cooking together every now and then, but no pressure.
Ideally, I'd prefer a working professional who's clean, considerate and social enough to not be a stranger. No hard requirements on WFH. Slight preference for a female flatmate for balance but not a dealbreaker.

The location is genuinely great - 10 min walk to Maze Hill station (15 mins to London Bridge), 5-10 mins on the bus to North Greenwich, then 2 mins on the Jubilee line to Canary Wharf. Greenwich Park and the town centre are a 10-minute walk away.

Rent is £925/month, bills not included. Non-smoking flat, no pets please.
