About me/us: we are two girls in our mid to late twenties. One works in the public sector and one in the design industry. One of us works a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). The other works full time (5 days per week) teaching.

The flat has a cosy, homey feel. We enjoy socialising as a flat and spending time together but respect personal space and time as well, we are a left-wing and inclusive household. We are clean and tidy and would like a new tenant to be the same :)

The flat is in a fantastic location in the centre of Greenwich, with the river being 5 minutes walk away and Greenwich Park and market being less than 10 minutes walk away. Greenwich train station and DLR is less than a 5 minute walk from the flat with great connections to London Bridge on the train and Bank/Stratford on the DLR!

We both love living here, it’s a beautiful, community driven area!

Bedroom 1 - Available from 23rd June 2026. Furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Room also has a large ensuite.

We have a shared, open kitchen/dining and living area and a balcony. All fully furnished with kitchen utensils/appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. The flat was refurbished in December 2024 which included repainting of all the rooms and professional carpet cleaning, so the fact is still in a lovely clean condition!

Bills (incl. wifi, gas, electric and water) are approx £120 per person per calendar month, council tax is Band D.

Rent is £1033.34 per calendar month (bills not included) and you will pay a deposit of £918. The apartment is managed by estate agents on behalf of the landlord. References and checks are required for prospective tenants.
